This contract applies to the Kitten/Cat described below, and it's offspring. Purchase price:____________ Vaccination given is Feloguard Plus4 given at 9,12, and 16 weeks of age if applies but has had 2 vaccines before allowed to leave cattery.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THIS KITTEN/CAT TO BE GIVEN THE FIP VACCINE or FELUEK VACCINE DOING SO VOIDS HEALTH GUARANTEE. It is reccomended to do Feluek test after 16 weeks. Breed:________________ Color:_______________ Sex:_____

This Kitten/ Cat is being purchased as a PET / BREEDER/ SHOW This Kitten/ Cat has a one year genetic health guarantee meaning Heart,Liver, Kidney's,Lungs and all other Vital organs. If for some reason a genetic defect applying to the above was to occur Kitten/Cat would be replaced with same quality as soon as AVAILABLE. In any and all instances MAXIMUM DAMAGES DON'T EXCEED REPLACEMENT of KITTEN/ CAT. NO MONIES REFUNDED / ONLY REPLACEMENT.

TERMS OF CONTRACT

1) Purchaser agrees to take kitten /cat to licensed vet within 48 hours of purchase to be examined. Failure to do so will VOID the health guarantee.

2) Purchaser agrees to keep this Kitten/Cat INDOORS at all times.

3) Purchaser agrees to provide responsible care for Kitten/Cat,this includes necessary vet care,annual vaccination,adequate food,water & attention.

4) Purchaser agrees that this Kitten/Cat CAN NOT be SOLD , LEASED,or GIVEN TO ANYONE without the expressed consent of the breeder Hope Hutto, who has the right to purchase Kitten/ Cat back at the original price or less.

5) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES THIS KITTEN/CAT OR ANY OF IT'S OFFSPRING IS TO BE SOLD,GIVEN OTHERWISE PLACED WITH ANY PET SHOPS,RESEARCH LABS,OR SIMILAR FACILITY!

6) If the Kitten/ Cat was purchsed as a pet the purchaser agree's to spaying females at 7 months of age, and males at 8 months of age.

7) NO KITTEN MALE OR FEMALE IS TO BE NUETERED OR SPAYED BEFORE THE SAID AGE IN #6 IF SO THIS CONTRACT IS NULL AND VOID. ANY OTHER ELECTIVE SURGERY BEFORE THIS AGE CAN RESULT IN DEATH OF THIS ANIMAL DUE TO ANETHESIA AND IS YOUR OWN RISK. KITTEN/CAT WILL NOT BE REPLACED IN SUCH INSTANCES!

8) If this Kitten/Cat was purchased as a BREEDER the following terms apply: Kitten/Cat is guaranteed to breed by the age of 2 years old. If not Kitten/Cat will be replaced with same quality of the Kitten/cat as soon as AVAILABLE. Veterinary Documentation MUST be supplied by purchaser stating reasonable explanation for not breeding.
